Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use apply to all services (the “Services”) provided by Minami Aoyama Media & Contents (the “Company”) through “WOXES” (the “Media”). By using the Services, users (“Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the articles, images, videos, and other content published on the Media belong to the Company or to third parties with legitimate rights. Users may not reproduce, reprint, or redistribute any content beyond the scope of personal use without authorization.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

• Using the Services for unlawful purposes

• Infringing the rights, reputation, or credibility of the Company or third parties

• Disrupting the operation of the Media, engaging in unauthorized access, or sending spam

• Reprinting or reusing the content of the Media without permission

• Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals

Article 4 (Relationship with External Services)

The Media may contain links to external services (including affiliate programs, advertisements, and sales platforms). The Company bears no responsibility for any transactions, agreements, or information exchanges that occur between Users and such external services.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of the content of the Services. The content may be changed or suspended without notice. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from Users’ use of the Services. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from system failures, server outages, maintenance, unauthorized access, hacking, viruses, or any other similar causes. The Company shall also not be liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from special circumstances, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 7 (Indemnification)

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to their violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
